First of all, disable VCM. Second, run B12 chemtool through the gas tank for the next few fill-ups and drive the car hard. This will clean out the piston rings and reduce oil consumption. Or get a low mileage 9th gen V6. Disable VCM no matter what. Honda is full of BS saying 1 quart of oil per 1k mile is normal.
