Go to Advanced > Devices > Onboard Devices. Disable WLAN and Bluetooth by unchecking the boxes. Press F10 to save and exit BIOS. The wireless/Bluetooth solution on an Intel NUC may be either a soldered-down component on the motherboard or an adapter card installed in an M.2 slot, which can be physically removed from the device.
It works fine with intel laptop though. This issue is also OS independent, driver updates won't help (I run multiple OS). In my case I have a B550 Aorus Elite AX V2 with the latest bios, I am running Ubuntu, Windows 10 and Gentoo. Edit: ah well, ordered ax210, maybe it’ll work. Edit 2: ax210 didn't help. Solution 1: Check If Bluetooth Is Turned on. You sometimes may find that the occurrence of the Bluetooth not working issue is because the Bluetooth isn’t turned on. Hence, if you encounter this issue, you’d better check the status of Bluetooth. Step 1: Open Settings. Step 2: In the next window, navigate to Bluetooth & devices.Go to Download driver and firmware for Surface , choose (your Surface model) then click Download. Choose the .msi file that matches or nearest to your current OS Build and click Next. After downloading, run and install the .msi then Restart. Run System File Checker in Windows 10. Disable and enable Bluetooth in UEFI.
#1 Today while using my Summit E16 Flip First Gen The Laptop locked up for a few seconds and then the Bluetooth Trackball stopped responding. I checked and could not get it to reconnect so rebooted and still had no luck checked the device manager to find no Bluetooth device listed yet wifi still working fine.
