Basically an additional major is when you just complete the requirements for the major (without the gen ed requirements). The additional major isn't really worth any less than the dual degree.

When you graduate you will receive two degrees. Double Major simply means that you meet the major requirements of the degree. At graduation you receive a degreeUndergraduate Dual Majors.
