Springer, Skimmer, Jackal are all unlocked exclusively through the Path of Fire expansion and completion of specific hearts in PoF that you'll do through story. Griffon is unlocked through a collection after completing PoF story. Roller Beetle is completed through a collection in Living World Season 4, Episode 3. Movement Speed refers to the distance a character travels over a period of time, relative to the ground, by using the movement keys or movement actions. Movement Speed can be expressed in units per second (u/s). Forward motion is fastest, and can be increased by various bonuses.
The springer mount can be found in the Desert Highlands area, which lies beyond the large canyon west of Auburn Hills. However, you won’t be able to jump over the canyon, and for that, you’ll need to obtain a raptor mount. That’s not that big of a problem, since you get one near the beginning of the game. Mounts are great in Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire, and they seem like a massive success, but one thing I am seeing a lot in map chat is how to get certain mounts. Here's a quick little run down of how to get all the mounts, with the exception of the Griffon (as I haven't completed the story yet, and I'm making a separate video/post about it).
The wiki pages says similar. New accounts with an expansion unlocked will be granted permanent access to the basic raptor mount after they reach level 10 on a single character. Characters on Play for Free accounts (as well as Core accounts without an expansions) will get a 10-hour trial of the basic raptor mount when they reach level 10.
While there are no mounts for F2P players, you still have access to what we all used for 4-5 years pre-Path of Fire before mounts existed. Every class should have options somewhere for an innate speed boost, either via Signet (Signet of Shadows for Thief, Signet of the Locust for Necromancer, etc.) or via a trait (Streamlined Kits for Engineer, Warrior's Sprint for Warrior).
But also anything with that arrow, like utility skills, you can right click the full size icon rather than left clicking the tiny arrow. Go to the option and set your hotkeys I have Shift+1-7 for my mounts. You can select an individual keybind for each mount in the settings or use the GW2 Radial mount menu addon .
